OWNER- Tony Davis , a former construction project manager recognized the local need for adding insulation to attics , as most homes , condos , and high rise dwellngs were only insulated to R-13 or R-19.The Department of Energy Conservation recommends dwellings in our region have R-49 rated attics due to the extremes in temperature. After looking at more than 6,000 homes in the valley about 98% were not insulated nearly enough.
